Public Transport

London's public transport system includes the underground, overground trains, buses, and trams, all of which can be accessed using a contactless payment card or Oyster card. The major stations such as Oxford Circus, Leicester Square, and Waterloo offer access to the city's main attractions, while train stations such as Paddington, Liverpool Street, and Euston offer access to destinations outside of London.


Disabled Parking

There are several parking options available if you’re a disabled driver in London, you can park in designated disabled bays on-street or in council-run car parks and on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours in some areas of London having your Blue Badge on display.

However, it’s important to note that the above is not the case for all of London, the standard entitlements for disabled drivers do not apply in the following areas:

• City of Westminster
• Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
• City of London Corporation
• London Borough of Camden (south of Euston Road)

Electric Vehicles

Electric vehicles are a huge part of London’s plans to become a zero-carbon city by 2050. There is a developing network of over 200 charge points across London which is increasing month on month.

You can now charge your car in central locations, with charging points near Leicester Square, Waterloo, and just outside the Barbican Centre.
